Information – Cargo Partner AS, Norway

I would like to inform you that I have today sold my shares in Cargo Partner AS to the private equity company CapMan.

As I am now 64 years old and none of my children are willing to take over the company and I feel

this is the correct time to make a change of ownership.

I have promised my management for some years that if I sell the company, this will be to a neutral part and buyers who will be an asset to the company and also be to the advantage of the staff, our customers and partners.

I feel that this transaction in question covers these criteria’s.

As we see it, there will be no change from our side, except that Cargo Partner has now a much greater financial backing.

I personally will still be employed by the company and will also be a minor shareholder.

The takeover will be official tomorrow but I would like to inform already now.

We are looking forward to further fruitful co-operation.
