Fredrikstad
Cargo Partner Fredrikstad AS is the longest-running office in the Cargo Partner Group.
Cargo Partner Fredrikstad AS was originally called Trafik A/S and has been a household name in Fredrikstad for decades. The company was first established by Fredrikstad's industry and commerce with terminal and office facilities at Dampskibsbryggen, Fredrikstad's answer to Aker Brygge.
Trafik A/S had a total of 13 vessels servicing different ports in the Oslo Fjord, and the picture on the right shows the first vessel put into service on these routes in 1891.
After a number of years at Øra, the company is now located at Råbekken.
Due to the company's major growth, the terminal at Råbekken was extended this summer (2004), and the current terminal and warehouse facilities are excellent.
